"Their customer service kept apologizing but never offered me any compensation for the 4 plus times that they kept changing my delivery dates without notifying me. Finally, I cancelled the service and waited at home for them to pickup the empty bottles and Cooler. They continued to reschedule without notifying me. They wasted my time on several occasions. The customer service representatives kept telling me that they were revamping their deliveries in my neighborhood and their wasn’t anything that they could do about my problems. Out of frustration, I called again telling the customer service representative that they were not considerate of my time during the week by making me stay at home waiting for them to pickup the cooler and bottles and then not showing up. The customer representative told me to leave everything in my driveway but that I would be financially responsible if anything was missing. I am done with them and no longer interested in Deer Park water ."
