"When they first came out, I told them that I had my unit completely taken out and I needed my compressor to be re-installed and I needed it all checked to make sure it worked good. The guy did come out and toward the end, they realized it needed an inline dryer which it didn't have. I appreciated that but they forgot to put the condensation tube on. When I did call them back about three weeks later, they immediately came out and fixed the problem and there was no extra charge at all. They were really very good."

"Only real issue was that there was excess water draining from the pipe he cut so there was a bit of a mess.  He noted that it must have been the water from the 2nd story draining out.   He also had to leave for 1 1/2hours for parts run when we had made it clear what the job would entail. <br />"

"Jon came out late Friday night and stopped the water leak from doing any further damage at no cost. He then explained in detail what the repair will be and how he would go about repairing it. He did a excellent job of expalaining his cost and the job. He explained the importance of how certain materials were better than others. I had one other estimate from another plumber that came out before him and left me with an estimate and leak still leaking. The other plumbers estimate was cheaper but didn't explain in detail what needed to be done. I felt more comfortable with Noble Plumbing and felt Jon had way more experience and knowledge of what need to be done. Noble was back out first thing in the morning to start the repair. They did a really good job to protect the area he worked in from causing any damage and cleaned up his mess very well. He even cleaned an area he didn't work in. I was really impressed with how professional Jon and his workers were. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needed plumbing work done."
