After we discussed it the technician said he could replace the packing in the faucet. He did that and it seems to be working great. He also installed a kitchen faucet and it looks very nice. "They put a small survey online which we responded to. They called to see if they could have a representative come out and we were so impressed that we went ahead and got it. We are very, very happy with it. The experience was very positive. The sales rep was very personable and thorough. He did a good job of actually demonstrating and showing us things that were easy to understand about the quality of the water and what was in our water now that we would not want to drink. He was not condescending and didn't dumb down stuff. He was very clear and professional. The young man that came to install it was unbelievably hard working. I could hardly get him to stop to have lunch. He came two days in a row to make sure everything was finished and that every t was crossed and i dotted. He was a contract worker but still worked for Rainsoft. He was wonderful. The product has made a huge difference in our health and well-being. We didn't compare pricing but it was probably cheaper than if we had purchased it from a home improvement store. They also said that if we ever move they will come and move it for free. We also received what amounts to about a lifetime supply of soap products that are engineered particularly to work with the soft water. We really got a lot of bang for our buck. They were great and we would definitely use them again."

"We are extremely pleased with the service that Stoner Water/Culligan provided for us. We moved into our house earlier this winter and it has a Culligan system that the previous owners purchased. The gentleman from Culligan tested the system for us, helped us put in new salt, and explained all of the system's features and settings. "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
