"The sales person on the phone seemed very knowledgeable about common water issues and set up an appointment to have someone come to the house to test the water. The employees arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about their equipment and generally about water problems. A battery of tests were done on our water to evaluate the hardness, iron content, pH, arsenic, and dissolved solids. The high iron content was verified. The rest of the appointment was an elaborate sales pitch apparently focused on up-selling $3900 water softener and  a $2000 reverse osmosis system. Our current water softener was shown to be delivering soft water but not removing enough iron. I had to specifically ask about an iron filter. At this point I was losing faith in this company resolving the issue that I asked for without spending $3800+ on equipment that I didn't feel was necessary. I didn't feel as though they respected my time since I asked more than once if we could wrap this demonstration up soon. I felt as if the sales guys were digging for problems that they could sell instead of focusing on my specific concerns. I will be looking elsewhere for resolving my water issues."

"We decided to use Wyckoff because they were very knowledgible, answered all of our questions, gave us a good quote, were recommended by other homeowners, and had not pushed us at all to do the new well after finding the old pump stuck. We are very happy with the results now that the job is complete. Our pressure and flow are great and our water hardness is about half of our previous well. We can now put out a sprinkler and take a shower at the same time. We should have done this years ago. The equipment installation in our basement is very neat and professional. We opted for a "cycle stop valve" on their recommendation, in addition to the normal on/off switch which gives us a constant 65 psi when the pump is running. We needed a smaller holding tank because of this feature. In all we were very happy with their work and will use them again if our equipment needs servicing."

"It turns out that they were the company that had serviced the system for many years for the previous owner. They considered us a current client although we technically were not. Our water is hard, the water softener was working fine but we still had the smell. The service man made adjustments and said that if the problem continued we should call the company and he would try something else."

"I couldn't have asked for better. They showed up within the provided time window, having called me 30-45m ahead of time like they said. They were quick to check the issue and confirm it was not working. They also confirmed it was not possible to fix the issue. The pump had stopped triggering on when the water level went above a certain height. I had suspected it would not be repairable given this unit was many years old, possibly part of the original build in 1997. They gave me a price which matched what the original dispatcher had given us, nice that they were on the same page :) The price was below $400 which I thought to be reasonable. They were there in the house just over an hour in total. Besides being pleased with the quality, cost, and timeliness of the work they did, they were also very courteous, answering all my questions with clear and comprehensive answers, and took great care to keep the house clean as they walked through it and did their work."
