"I had a problem with the water pressure fluctuating. Come to find out, it was the holding tank. The professionals at Waterdrct came out (Dennis) promptly and found the tank was old and waterbound. They were like lightening (in a good way) and had the tank replaced in like 30 mins. These guys are GOOD !!! The water pressure was more than I thought the well could produce. Excellent job and very informative. They are true professionals !! I highly recommend them."

"Advance Plumbing is outstanding. In the past 3 years they have been doing small jobs of unclogging drains, but just recently I had a big project. The main line (cast iron line in my cellar ) cracked. They came down and had to remove that pipe and re-plum over 100 feet of pipe. They took the pipe out and installed new piping in less then 6 hours and left the cellar in a lot cleaner then they found it (that's in a clay cellar). The lady in the office (Nicole) was fast in getting help to us. I would recommend them for any job from plumbing and heating. GOOD PEOPLE"

"We were in the process of selling our home. The home inspector said there were leaks in one bathroom toilet and faucet, and on the cold water supply valve to the water heater. We disputed there were any leaks, but our real estate agent said the best way to go was to get a plumber to certify there were no leaks. We called Matt (had never used him before) and he was very responsive and was able to come over on short notice and test the appropriate places for leaks. Matt tested the valves, etc. in question and was able to certify that everything was OK. We are rating Matt so highly because he was very responsive, very professional, and was able to meet our needs."

"I called and left a message which was returned within hours by both the office and the road technician. I explained what we wanted and they came that same afternoon, a Friday, to examine our system. George called me on Monday with the estimate, which was nearly exactly what we had estimated. Mike came the next day and did the installation. I do wish he would have warned us about the back pressure from the installation stirring up the well and that (although he did tell me that he treated it with chlorine) it would not be potable for a few days. But at the time, he did not discover that our poorly designed well system allows ground water to contaminate the well until after the installation."

"Sima drilled the well for a home I builr in Middletown. The water quality was potable but had high salts, sulfer and iron - I was advised to have a new well drilled (not by Sima), they said, that might be the route to take, but we should try sealing off a couple hundred feet and draw water from a higher level and see if that improved the water quality - they handled everything professionally, answered all my questions and successfully remediated the qulaity of my well water. Would definitely recommend Sima - everyone there made me feel as though they were truly interested in helping me as cost effectively as possible. <br />"

"Our well head has been buried since we bought the house and then one night after having a major rain storm, we had dirty water. Called Nigro plumbing and Tom called back immediately and suggested I get a water test (and suggested where to go) and he reviewed the results as well. We had bacteria. They came the next day to disinfect our well (after digging the cover up) and walked us through the process after disinfecting. He identified the source of the problem that we had a breach in our well pipe casing. I asked them when they could raise the well head and they were able to fit me in in less than a week. They got a lot of work done in a half day and the backhoe guy they hired was really good too. (let my 4 yr old sit in the seat). I will continue to go to Tom and his guys in the future. "Very pleased with the work, it was intelligently planned and well executed. Chris and crew took care not to do collateral damage and cleaned up very well. I will be hiring them again to replace the remainder of my copper plumbing with pex. Chris prevented my contractor from installing toe kick heaters that were incompatible with my cast iron radiator system and was able to move and re-plumb my exiting radiator."
