"The cartridge on the Moen kitchen faucet failed (2nd Moen faucet, 3rd cartridge in less than 10 years - I'm over Moen) and flooded the kitchen. I took a day to go to big box stores, kitchen show rooms, and search online for prices and reviews. I went to Brittain's office and settled on a Delta 9192 stainless steel pull-down faucet with Brittain installing it. He arrived within the time and took less than one hour to install. He was courteous and took care to clean up after installing the faucet. Though I could have bought the faucet for less, I would have waited another week or more which was not good because no one stocked this item. A kitchen without a faucet is not practical. Brittain obtained the faucet within 2 days and had it installed. I am very satisfied with Brittain and recommend them."

"American Water carries the Kinetico water softener. Although it's not the cheapest, it's one of the best on the market and for the deal we got, we were able to include a whole house water softener. Installation was straight forward since our house already had a connection in the garage. The Kinetico water softener is very efficient, uses no power and uses very little salt. It's so efficient that you can drink tap water and use the water for plants. American Water keeps tabs on your service check the function any time you need to confirm everything is working to spec. We are very happy with their service and their product."

"In Spring, 2019 we wanted to update our small master bathroom and remove the tub and make it a walk in shower, add a tile floor, and change out the vanity, toilet, mirror, and light. No plumbing, drains, or walls were being moved. Of the five recommended Angie's List companies recommended, four came out and of those four, two contractors literally came in the house, asked what work we needed (even though this was explained in the Details listing the scope of work), looked at our bathroom and turned around and walked out saying the job was too small, which was a total waste of time. The final two companies, someone else and Sweetwater submitted bids to us, but ultimatly we decided on Sweetwater, which was not the lowest bid. We decided on Sweetwater because they do all of the work with the exception of the tile. We worked with Jeff and he was exceptional to work with. No pressure, very patient with our questions, and made sure we were clear about the details of the contract. The shower material Sweetwater recommends is high quality and have no doubt that it will last. They are dependable and arrive generally at the same hour of the morning - if they are going to be late it's usually let you know. The work was performed between July and August of 2019. I didn't want to immediately submit a review until the break-in period passed. I have to say that I am pleased with the work and have recommended Sweetwater to a number of friends who are interested in a bathroom remodel."
