He had the new system with him that I needed based on our phone conversation. He did the complete install that same evening-I didn’t need to schedule more time off from work!! He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. Final price was below what I was expecting, too. Very professional and very polite. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Very pleased with service.  The softener is doing a much better job and the water level is back to normal.  The tech had to replace some seals and disc kit.  The day before I had to get a new holding tank for our well and had chlorinated the well.  I thought that I had gotten all of the chlorine out of the system but he noticed it when he was working on the softener.  We checked the levels and he gave me some good pointers. <br /> He also did a great job on installing the faucet on our drinking water system. <br />"

"Steve was FANTASTIC!!! We had two plumbing days from hell. Steve was our Superman! Day 1) water heater failed; he pitched in for someone else on a moment's notice and installed a high quality new water heater for a fair price ($850 total) and was very neat about the work. Day 2) We had a leak in a waste stack, which seemed very scary, and Steve came out early morning, determined the problem, and fixed it right away, before there was serious damage ($312). He also lined up a drywall repair person who could repair the wall where he had to go in to replace the stack. I cannot say enough about his service, personality, and prompt attention. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am sad that we are moving now that we have found such a great person! THANKS!"

"The Tech arrived on time, and the first thing he did was test for softness and condition. Once that was done, he brought in all eleven 100-lb bags of salt, one at a time, and stacked them right next to the Puronics Water Conditioner in the basement. He was courteous and friendly, and did his work well. This has always been our experience with the Puronics folks -- they are just a dream to work with. If an organization does it work well every time, and is helpful and friendly, our rule is to always stick with them. That's the case with Puronics."

"We had an issue with our hot water tank which had been installed less than 1 year ago by another plumber. The pipes were leaking and it was causing damaged to our new rec. room carpet. I contacted Hasselbusch Plumbing and they responded quickly. David identified the problem with the previous installation, and stopped the leaking. He took the time to explain the issue to me and the best way to fix the problem long term. The tank was completely reinstalled. He had to remove the tank and reroute the pipes. Additionally, he upgraded the shutoff valve, in case there was ever a problem in the future with the actual tank. I was extremely pleased with his quick response to our emergency situation. The price was exactly what he quoted and he did the job quickly. <br /> I was impressed with the care David took to keep the house clean. He laid several drop cloths down to make sure that he was not tracking any dirt in from the outside, as he made a few trips back to his truck. When he was done, the area was completely clean of any debris. His attention to detail and respect of our home was truly appreciated"
