"My basement was flooded that caused the water to enter in the 50G propane water heater. I called Peter and he came right over and game me a very reasonable quote and replaced the tank the same day. "Huge shout out to the crew at Main Stream Mechanical. Eric came out, reviewed my current system, and gave me his recommendation for replacing my furnace and hot water heater with a new, energy efficient furnace/hot water heater. Brenda, as always, was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all my emails and calls promptly and gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner. She even went out of her way to register my new furnace and provide me with all the information I needed to apply for my rebate! Nick and Marcus did a great job installing my new furnace/hot water heater. Both were very friendly and professional. Nick answered all my questions, gave me a “tutorial” on the emergency shut off procedure for my new furnace, and did a fantastic job re-plumbing all the lines needed for the install. I highly recommend Main Stream Mechanical for all your HVAC needs."

"David, the Technician, performed the regular maintenance on my system yesterday. It was okay, however, he did not replace the filter which has always been done during a maintenance visit. When the follow-up lady called today I mentioned it to her and she said it is probably because it didn't need to be done. I would have liked David to explain that to me. Now I have no way of knowing if that is why he did not change the filter. Otherwise, everything was good. I guess I should have read the items he said he performed before left, I read it later in the evening."

"The owner Chris Lane is clearly deranged. When they damaged my tub, he made up a BS story about the tub being from the 1970s and they didn't damage it. The tub was undamaged before they worked on that exact spot, and the tub is actually only 6 years old because the bathroom was remodeled since the home was built in the 1970s. It was in "like new" condition with zero damage. Additionally, when I posted an online review mentioning another employee in the company, his daughter, he sent multiple emails and multiple voicemails to me and my wife to remove her name. This is harassment, and I have ample proof of all these communications. He claimed I was harassing him because I wanted to be compensated for their screw up. Give me a break! This guy is a scumbag, and has obvious anger issues - stay away."

"woke up at 4 am for work turned on the shower, no hot water, went down to the kitchen, no hot water, went dreading heading to the basement. Yep the water heater was leaking. At least a 6 yr water heater lasted 9. Called around 5:00 am. Got their digital secretary, said a man named John would call, within 15 mins he called, told me to call the office at 7:30, I was waiting until 7:45 (have to give people time to get their coffee and set up their space) Susan called at 7:30. Made an appointment, they would be at my house between 10 am and 12 am. just before 10 am I get a text John is in the hood, 5 mins later John is at the door. Took him and his guy 1 hr to replace my heater. Great Friendly service."

"Do not hire! They will make you pay for their incompetence. I hired them because the property manager of the apartment complex recommended them saying "They know in and out of the place". I called them and explained that the shower was banging and probably the cartridge needs to be replaced. They came next day and said it needs to be replaced but they need the water to be shut down by the management. I called them several time after that for a month and they just told me they would call me back and never did. Finally I was able to arrange a water shutdown and get them in. They fixed it and charged me for the first visit too. They were supposed to know that fixing a shower needs a water shut down and came only after arranging one, as they were familiar with the complex. Even though it was their fault that they needed to come twice, I had to pay the price."
