"Called Hanson regarding proper installation of a water softener that I got from a neighbor. I was relieved that they would come and install a unit not purchased from them. Having installed it myself and not functioning properly, I realized I bit off more than I could chew. Patrick (from Hanson) came out and carefully looked over the system, even made a few calls while simultaneously explaining the basics of water softening. In just over an hour he had the system properly plumbed, set-up and running. A few brief tests to see if it was functioning correctly and he was gone. Thanks Hanson. Thanks Patrick. You Rock!"

"Living in Brookfield, near Elm Grove, we have really hard well water. Zeropoint has supplied us with a great system that improves our water dramatically. When we have had trouble figuring out the system (re-setting the timers after a power failure), they come out right away to fix the problem. We do have an owner's manual, but I can't say that I'm too good at understanding it."

"Tech was very punctual. Clearly explained what he thought was going on. Quickly diagnosed the problem, disassembled the unit, showed me the problem, replaced the problem part. In no time at all the softener was back together. Answered all my questions, cleaned up, tested the water. Very pleased with the service. We have a Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis system. Best investment we ever made. When I call Water Doctors I give my name and state my business. They always respond like they have my account memorized. Water Doctors makes me feel like air am their best customer. How refreshing!"

"Replaced the Water heater. Jon was very responsive. Gave quote, set up time, kept me updated on progress with ordering and deliver date of unit. On day of install, let me know that he was on way. Both him and his son were very professional, clean and efficient. He saw I was missing an important part of the sump pump for the float and he fixed it no charge. When it was done he went over any issues what they did and gave me some recommendations on our water softener unit. Will absolutely hire again and recommend him."

"I recently purchased a house in the Mount Pleasant area that has been a plumbing and heating nightmare! <br> <br>I called up building waters when I came home and my house was freezing back in January. They came out that same day and took care of what was wrong. They were prompt, courteous and the price was good. They explained to me what was going on and how I could avoid it happening again in the future.  <br> <br>I needed some additional work done and they were my first choice. Since January, Wes and his crew have been in and out of my house so much so that I was comfortable enough giving them a key so they could come and go during the day and get the work done without me having to take a day off of work to watch them.  Very professional.  <br> I have had my entire house re plumbed and had new HVAC piping installed with new baseboard heaters. I was also having my bathroom remodeled and they took care of the plumbing in there as well as setting my new tub. They have replaced my sump pump when it went out and my basement flooded, cleaned out the roots in my sewer drain that was backing up into my basement, and have taken care of additional issues as they have snuck up on me. I can’t say enough about these guys and the great work they have done. They are now my go to company for any other heating/air conditioning and plumbing needs that I have! <br> <br>I would recommend them in a heartbeat and wouldn’t think of using anyone else!!  <br>"

"I contacted local Home Depot on Sunday to replace a leaking hot water tank. They gave me an 800 number to call and gave me an estimate of $309 for labor. I called the 800 number and the person took some information and needed to transfer me to another person, but gave me her direct number and extension in case the phone transfer dropped. The second person took information to set up getting the hot water tank replaced the next day. I selected the 50 gal GE energy star model ($538). I was told the plumber (Watertight Watercare, Inc) would contact me the next day between 8 and 8:30am. I was told a permit was also needed and given a total estimate of $932. I had a time constraint where I couldn’t take delivery before 2pm. The second Home Depot person was willing to send an e-mail to the plumber, but I said I would work it out in the morning with the plumber. The next morning I got a call at 7:40am from Watertight Watercare to let me know the plumber would contact me shortly. Plumber called on time and set me up as the last delivery, which would be between 1:30 and 2 pm. Plumber said he would wait for me if he got there early and would call at noon with an update. Later in the day he called and said he took on another job to ensure he wouldn’t arrive before 2:30pm. He called at 3pm to let me know he was on his way. The plumber, Josh Dahl, arrived and proceeded to replace the old tank with the new one. When he was done, Josh explained that changing the tank meant that air had gotten into the pipes and to run the all faucets to clear out the entrapped air. Josh also suggested running the washer empty through a rinse cycle if any sediment got kicked up into the water. Josh explained that he set the tank temperature at 120 degrees and each dial increment was a 10-degree increase. (Safety issue - scalding water) Josh hauled out the old tank. He said he had to leave the new tank carton with us. No problem. I can deal with cardboard much easier then a 130 pound tank. After he was finished, Josh offered to wipe up the water on the basement floor. I declined as he had done more than enough already. The GE hot water tank is a vast improvement over the old tank. It doesn’t burn gas as often and there is no trace of any combustion smell. Total bill came out to $922.03. Home Depot left a message on my answering machine on Tuesday as a follow up. In summary, there was seamless communication between Home Depot, Watertight Watercare, and the ecustomer. Home Depot and Watertight Watercare were accommodating to my needs. Josh Dahl did an excellent job."

"Don did an excellent job with my project. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the job. I decided to install a reverse osmosis filter while having the counters replaced. Don suggested installing them in the basement since I had available space directly below the kitchen. That saved me ALL the space under my kitchen sink. He also took the time to explain to me different things he was doing as he completed the job. I really appreciate when the tradesmen do that, because it helps me to learn for future reference."
