"It went great. New home with well. Needed added "omph" in our water pressure so Steve Martin came out did water samples and discussed options. We opted for both a water pump add on and water softening system. We are thrilled with the increase in water pressure for showering/bathing. I really like the softened water, my hair is much easier to style and laundry is soft and smells great. I use less detergent and much less fabric sooner. My husband likes the increased water pressure for the lawn sprinkling and when using a hose to pressure wash or water our outdoor plants. We highly recommend Kinetico as the the install service guys we're terrific! Lastly Steve came back out and did repeat water samples and they all with within normal range with the newly added softening system."

Stonewall Home Repair started in 2009 3 years after my father retired and sold his company. Being in the business for 15 years and growing up around the trades, I have a unique view. I am a college graduate with associates in computer science and a certification in Plumbing from Ashworth College. I am a small company and believe that your values are your most important commodity. Therefore offering you the best service at just the right price for any budget. In doing so, my rates are low in comparison to bigger companies because simply put, I don't have the overhead. Im in it to provide a great service and self satisfaction knowing that you, my customers and friends are happy and that is my reward. My family will tell you first hand that when it comes to my work, it has to be perfected each and every time and if its not, then thats on me. I do run a 24 hr emergency call and that will run you $85 minimum. I do contract pricing but also hourly as well. Depending on the job, if I need additional help I will run up to 2 employees, however its mostly myself, this is another reason my rates are most reasonable. Typically I require upon contract 1/2 the total bill up front and the remaining balance upon completion. I offer free estimates, $25 Service Fees, 100% satisfaction and a friend for life. "He is real sweat until something doesnt go his way. I felt so uncomfortable. He just jerry rigged my door moving the latch over and it still would close. He then stood there and said I owe him $125. I felt so uncomfortable and threatened that I just wrote him a check. He then messaged me on messanger saying he was glad that he was able to fix my door and I just said thanks for fixing my door I am glad you could do it because I felt so threatened by him. I called him to let him know that the door was not fixed and maybe we could work it out for some of my money back and he screamed at me. I wasnt allowed to get a word in. He just kept screaming at me. I was trying to be gracious. I said you couldnt fix my door but you made a trip to my house so maybe we could work it out and he just kept screaming at me saying Dont you call this number again! I know customers like you!"
