"The installation was done on the day requested, 6/1/2020. The sales guy, Johnny, was fantastic. I asked how often the media in the filtration system needed to be changed and he said around every 1.5 years. It's now 12/2021 and it's 1.5 years and unfortunately Johnny is no longer with the company . I called Water Bionics to have the media replaced and the phone message says they'll call back at their earliest convenience. Really "...their earliest convenience." So if I feel like calling you back I will. If not I won't. WOW! I called them twice and apparently I'm not important enough to get a call back. Even though the equipment works fine there's no customer service after you buy from this company. We had a boil order a few months ago and I called to get new filters for the Reverse Osmosis system and it was like they were doing me a favor selling me new filters. I had to give them the model numbers of the filters and the type of the Reverse Osmosis THEY sold me. I guess they don't have any way to look up what equipment they sold me? Plus they didn't provide a filer that was needed and getting tired of not getting my calls returned about it, I found it on Amazon and bought it from there. It seems this company is trying really hard to NOT be in business any longer. Too bad that now I have to find another company to get equipment that WILL be serviced. I'll be doing this at my earliest convenience which is now."

"May of 2018, I had a whole house water system installed which consisted of a water softener (salt based) and a dedicated reverse osmosis (RO) filtration system under the sink. I spent 4 months researching the different systems available and the companies offering installation. We, my wife and I, sat through 3 dog and pony shows from 3 different companies which all said the same thing; Texas has hard and lousy drinking water. We didn’t choose the cheapest or most expensive alternatives but chose the system and installation company that I felt were the best: the Kenetico 40-40 (water softener) with the K5 reverse osmosis (RO) filtration system and used Shelton’s Water for installation. Company reviews from places like the Better Business Bureau, Angies List and Home Advisor were consulted. Shelton was the only company that had rave reviews with a near perfect record. The system has been running for about 3 weeks and we are very pleased and have no complaints. The two man installation crew, Coe and Ryan, were professional, hardworking, trustworthy, courteous and very knowledgeable."

"Fortunately, I don't need a Plumber very often, but when I do I call Shane! This time, we experienced a drain blockage with the main line and only discovered it at 10pm. The next morning, I called Shane at 7:15am and he was at the house around 8:45 am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work. He was done, cleaned up and out around a little after 10am. "We installed the water softener and reverse osmosis over a month ago. The quality of water is fantastic! Friends and guests commented on how good the water taste. It’s also noticeable on skin, hair, and fabrics: so soft!! We had a small problem with water pressure in the reverse osmosis spout. The technician came out immediately and came back a second time to fix the problem to our satisfaction. Today we are expecting the quality control visit. The filtration system has not had a noticeable effect on our water bill. We are very pleased and highly recommend it!"
