"I HAVE HRED IT SAID YOU KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH A WARRENTY BEN FRANKLIN IS A JOKE THEY GET THE MONEY THEN WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR THE WARRENTY THEY STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DON SHINE THEY HAVE BEEN COMING TO MY HOUSE FOR YEARS THEY INSTALLED ALL NEW TANKLESS HOT WATER AND HAVE BEEN SERVICING IT EVERY YEAR SO THE 15 YEAR WARRENTY WOULD STAL INTACT I AHVE TOLD DAN EVERY YEAR ABOUT A LEAK THAT IT HAD HE SAID IT WAS NOTHING AND THAT IT WAS NORMAL NOT THE BOTTOM OF IT IS ROTTED OUT AND THEY WILL NOT REPACLE IT NEVER HIRE THESE GUYS THEY ARE QUICK TO SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK AND GET THE MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO FIXING THERE SCREW UP IT SUCK TO BE THE CIUSTOMER"
