"Used Affordable Insulation to blow in fiberglass insulation into attic above 3 car garage. They were quick to reply to my initial inquiry and follow up questions. Marc had the estimate to me the same day I contacted them. Their estimate was much more affordable (pun intended!) than another quote I received. I was very pleased with their number and was ready to hire them. The team of Jason, Jason, and Daniel were courteous, friendly and professional. They called ahead and showed up as scheduled. They made quick work of the job. The job came out looking great. Insulation depth was a couple inches deeper than expected so was pleased about that as well. They ensured no insulation was in the overflow drain pans of water heater or AC since that could clog the overflow drains causing them to backup. They cleaned up all excess insulation that had fallen into the garage. Attention to detail was superb. I highly recommend Affordable Insulation."

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"I am extremely happy with my experience with John and his company. A section of my garage ceiling fell and needed to be replaced. John outbid every other contractor with a fair price. He was professional, responding to ever call/text, and he confirmed day and time he would come to my house to complete the work. John and his team showed up promptly to do the work. It was amazing to watch how seamlessly he and his team worked. His experience and professionalism truly show, and there is no doubt he does his best work and takes pride in a job well done. At one point I told him not to worry about how pretty something looked because after all, it's a garage and it was an area in the corner. He said that if something is going to be done, it should be done correctly and done right the first time it's done. I should add that not only was the sheetrock replaced, but the length of the ceiling that was replaced was reinforced with 2 x 4 pieces of wood. That section of the ceiling definitely is NOT falling down any time soon. When all the work was done, they cleaned up and hauled away all the old material. You can't tell anything happened in the garage because of how clean they work. I highly recommend this company and would rehire in a heartbeat if any other drywall projects need to be done."

"Faught has replaced two HVACs for us: the first in our condo in 2014. The old unit was in the attic above the master bedroom and everywhere in the unit it sounded like a 747 taking off. Faught re-ducted some of the returns placing them in closets which kept my computers cool and kept the ceilings and walls free of return ducts :) The second HVAC was in our townhome and was a challenge because of limited space. Faught installed a continuous unit that allowed only the power that we needed and allowed us to section-off the master bedroom. My wife likes the MBR to be 65* at night and Faught's approach saves us on utility bills. All work was completed timely, in a professional manner and for a competitive price. We will definitely use them again."
