"I wish i had hired someone else to install my insulation back in 2021. Had difficult from the outset - nearly called the police to arrest one of their employees as he broke into my attic without my permission! They did recognize the problem and sent him home for a day. While I originally had work performed by a company they acquired (LCR Construction), it's all one company now and I have been trying to get a problem resolved since July 2024 - it's now May 2024 and the non-responsiveness, run around and finger pointing continues. I really am shocked that this is the way they run their business! My problem is they missed a room in the attic, so there is little to no insulation above it...and I paid for a full house insulation. Seems to me it would be an easy and quick fix and I wrongfully assumed Garland Insulation given their fine reputation would correct matters in short order. That just isn't the case and I have given up. So, I'm posting my "review" - have dealt with David Miller, Sholana Wells, Kimberly Ward. I think they all should be fired given their actions and non-responsiveness."

"Stellrr is, without a doubt, one of the best contractors I have used in Austin... Our home was built in 1980, and the has all the wiring and rewiring that can be expected in 30+ years... Last year, we decided to remove the old insulation from the attic as a way to get a handle on a pest issue that we had... but because the attic is so old, and so much 'stuff' is laying around, we didn't want to use the more common blown insulation as replacement; after some research, we came across Stellrr, and the abundance of information they provided enabled us to make a more educated decision that we would otherwise have made... Wayne Mansur was willing to spend a long time over the phone answering all of my questions, and when he came to our home, he was very meticulous in taking all relevant measures... The actual job took a little over two days to complete, and once it was finished, we were able to feel the effects of superior insulation from day one! I should say here that, and because we had removed the old insulation in the Fall of last year, the early days of Summer, when he had no insulation at all, were pretty toasty inside the house - the AC unit would not stop working between morning and evening, and could not catch up with the modest setting we had - 79F... Our new insulation from Stellrr has made the house much, much more comfortable, and the difference in the electric bill was evident from day one (my recollection was a drop on the electric bill of ~$70.00 compared to the previous month)... I have also been in the attic on Summer days, and when I would have previously been roasted, I was able to do maintenance work without issue, and with comfort... Without hesitation, I would recommend Stellrr to any one considering an insulation job..."

"We have used them for both AC & plumbing services! And their name (Honest) is spot on! They tell you like it is, and keep at it until it is right! If they don't know the way to get it fixed - rest assured, they will find out and get it done! Jacob, and Luke are two names that I remember - but I would trust ant technician they sent!"

"These guys were quick, neat, and thorough. The insides of my walls looked like they'd been iced by finicky bakers. They actually did more than I expected, installing batting in the interior walls around the stairs which will make things much quieter and more pleasant inside. The foam is amazing: even with no HVAC in there yet, that little house maintains a comfortable even temperature. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful, and especially easy to work with when the schedule shifted south a couple of times. Highly recommended!!"
