Just recently found out that it was used equipment from 2015 and already paid a very large amount of money for the rain soft water softener had to call them back do to very poor install had water and electric lines running all over my walls then they told me they had a lifetime guarantee but failed to mention the only way that lifetime guarantee is guaranteed as if they do a $100 service call and then going to charge me for whatever it is that they do as well. We're not recommend rainsoft at all. If I could give negative stars I would give him -5"

"Not well at all. Incorrect countertops were installed (i.e. built-in back splashes rather than set-on back splashes, an 11-inch section missing, and a back splash on one section, where is was to have been a side splash.) Had to keep the incorrect countertops while waiting for replacements, because the original countertops had to be cut with a saw to remove them. Corrected replacement countertops were due to be delivered three weeks ago, but manufacturer cannot find them. They are making the countertops a third time and say they will be delivered next week. Throughout the process, I have had to drive to the Lowes store to deal with the issue rather than dealing with it by phone, because calls to the project coordinator always go straight to voicemail with no return call until I have driven to the store and have gotten a manager involved."
