"I needed to have chimney caps put on 2 flues, but was told by another vendor that the flues might be too cracked to do so without being repaired or cut down. I called several companies and did not get a reply from 2. The third company, All Seasons Chimney, referred me to Bruce because they felt he was best suited for the particular work. Bruce answered when I called and set up to come look at the situation 2 days later. He and his son, Chad, come that day, assessed the situation and installed the 2 caps the same day. "They were booked out a few weeks, but did arrive as scheduled and in time for 2 separate properties. Our 2nd property had s sealed, wood burning fireplace that we wanted to open up to make usable. They were able to Open everything up and fireproof spray the brick on our 1st appointment. The chimney did require some additional work that was scheduled several weeks later. The weather did not cooperate and it had to be rescheduled twice, but they were very good about letting me know ahead of time and rescheduling to a time convenient for me. This is my 3rd chimney cleaning with them and I would definitely recommend."

"Kurt and his team did a good job of replacing the stone work and installing the door and mantle. It looks quite nice now that it is done. But if you are doing any work in an existing site, be prepared to hire another contractor to finish the job behind them. They don't do drywall work, or carpentry, or electrical. This would have been OK if they had stated it up front. But they did not. The bid for $6300 stated that we would have a complete job. Only after the job was half done, did they start telling me all the things they "don't do." In fact they didn't even want to clean up the mortar that was splattered on the new stone and walls until I insisted."
