"TakeAir Houston came to our home to clean our AC vents. After inspection they found we had a mold infestation in all out AC vents and AC unit. Avi gave us a number of photo's to review and told us what it would take to kill the mold and what would be needed to clean the full system once the mold was eliminated. Avi also showed us photo's and videos of our insulation which was contaminated and also missing in quite a few areas of our loft. He then told us what was need to clean out the old insulation, clean the loft and blow 13" of R38 insulation back in. When the guys turned up to do the work they were very respectable of our home and it's contents. They covered everything up and got on with their work. Once everything was completed they showed us the before and after photos and also gave us a video of the loft area showing us the new insulation. All in all they did a wonderful job, quickly, quietly and without any issues whatsoever. They whole team were great and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely recommend TakeAir Houston for any mold, cleaning or insulation work you may have at your home"

"It was really good. I mean, they have a good product. The only thing is its really hard to get hold of the owner. GreenStreet- Home Energy Efficiency installed the A/C during the summer and they forgot to activate the heater part. So when it got cold, we couldn't get hold of them. A part of it was great. Another part of it, not being able to get hold of them, an F. They offered us lots of options. Instead of just one size fits all, he did offer high and low, good warranty, bad warranty. There were a lot of considerations on what was the best fit. Well, until they stopped calling us back, the interactions were great. I mean, everything was great. Once the sale was made, after that, it was hard to get hold of them. The work they did turned out good in the end. Yeah, I would consider using their services again in the future. "

"They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."

"They put it in and it turned out that it was very noisy.  I paid by check because it was so noisy that my neighbor's could hear it.  I have bunch of pools around, so it is a little louder.  Over the years, they have serviced my air conditioner and heating services.  Their service work is excellent.  They did a fantastic duct work, but the salesman was my problem because of the noisy air conditioning.  They replaced it, but they didn't tell me the brand that they gave me and the ratings were different.  They came and told me that they would give me a brand new air conditioner.  They asked me what I wanted.  It was supposed to be efficient.  They replaced it with one I asked for and what I asked for wasn't efficient enough.  I have been talking to them for a year now.  It is really hard.  They charged me too much for what it was."
