They were helpful and made me feel comfortable every single step of the way. They were more focused on my satisfaction than they were on the actual sale of the product. They came out and templated our kitchen and the granite fit flawlessly. It is like having a totally new kitchen. I would recommend their services to anyone. What I have discovered through the process is the price of granite is pretty much the same everywhere you go. The difference is the quality and professionalism of the customer service that you receive from the people you work with and given another chance I wouldn’t work with any other company. "Seals well enough to keep out any air from coming down chimney,but because of old one being cut out of metal firebox,some cold air still radiates into fireplace and out into rec room during really cold weather. New damper is spring loaded which makes it difficult for my girlfriend to close. Also they kept cancelling appointments  stating they had emergency calls they had to handle first. Finally came on 4th or 5th appointment. Did show up in scheduled time window, did work in about one hour, and left work area in clean condition. This was the most efficient way to do the repairs because of the way the fireplace was built and to replace everything would have been cost prohibitive plus not feasible because of the stone work on the fireplace which is a hard to find lava rock. Biggest negative was the numerous cancellations."

"Luis did such a great job regrouting the stand-up shower in my master bath that I hired him again to regrout the floor in the master bath AND install a brand new tile floor in the main bathroom. Luis does excellent work quickly and cleanly. He's a true professional. I have future tile projects and he will be the only vendor I call."

The work included installing new hardwood floors, electrical, drywall, painting, installing a window, and building new closets. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request. Overall we are very happy with everything and would recommend the king for any home remodeling or design build type work."
