"I sent a message via Angieslist to GF Company asking if they intalled steel roofing or siding. The next day I received this reply. "Thank you for your interest in GF Company. Please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159 to schedule a free estimate. " Now, I could have called them instead of sending a message. I know that. They didn't have to tell me that. But It would have been nice if they had answered my question. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. So I sent my request again making it clear that this was my second request. Two days later I got this. "In response to your questions, we install skylights, steel siding, and steel roofing. If you are still interested in a free estimate, please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159. Thank you." So, was that so hard? I'm not impressed and not inclined to call them. First impressions matter!"

"Great. We had a leak and had no success with other roofers finding the problem. Neil said he'd guarantee there would be no leaks when the job was finished. They found some rotted plywood which was replaced along with new shingles. We had the work done in June 2016 but waited to see of there was any leaks before writing this review.....NO LEAKS!!!! Neil has a great crew and he made sure everything was perfect. Neil is fantastic to work with and did a great job of explaining the process. VERY PLEASED and would highly recommend him."

"It was great - they were quick and thorough. They even found a bit of flashing that was loose and repaired it. 
Followed up with an estimate to replace our roof. 
We would definitely use them in the future - I had my eyes out for the same deal from them this year!!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The windows our great! Energy saving due to the insulated glass saves money and never fogs or has condensation on the windows. The durability and ease of cleaning and opening these windows are a dream! Along with the aesthetics.
The crew that came to install the windows did awesome work fast cleaned up there work area things were in great shape when leaving. Since then I have had follow up calls and follow visits to make sure everything is working as I believe it should be which it is. Great company!! Would have them do any work for me and my family and would have them do anyone else's work too. Do not let this company slip by without a try!"

The work done by Window Depot was on our home was excellent. From the very beginning when I was taking bids for the project I could tell that this was a company that knew their products and how to use them efficiently.

They walked through the job and made many suggestions that were aimed at improving the home and NOT their pocketbooks. I was very impressed with the products and explanations of how the home breathes, and what was needed to do the job correctly.The choices of colors and styles were wide and covered anything I had imagined for the home

But the biggest bonus came as they did the work. The home literally came alive as the installed their products. Everyday it was fun to see the progress. The job took a few days longer then expected, but the detail and result was totally worth waiting for.

We have owned our home over thirty years, and suffice it to say that we have had plenty of work done on our home. But you wont go wrong using this company! You can finally trust that you will get a fair price and solid product.

And I think the best thing to say is this: I have already scheduled my second project! And there is a third in the back of my mind.
