I would NEVER hire them for any project. And I worked there for years. The employees I had working under me were all felons and atleast 50% were drug users. I will in full detail explain what I know about THE CURRENT EMPLOYEES still there. There drug addictions, stealing from homes and job sites in which I reported to management with nothing done.. Cascade is also currently involved in a workplace harassment lawsuit in which they ignored constant death threats to myself and my family, and constant harassment for a period of 6 plus months of the 3 years I was employed there as one of the highest ranking and paid FOREMAN. I had anywhere from.2-10 people work for me during my time and Cascade Heating and 90%+ of the guys who worked for me were felons, current or past drug users. "If I could give zero stars I would. We had previously used them for furnace work maintenance and they were fine. But I called them for a quote for a heat pump for a manufactured home on my property. Corey was friendly, said he'd send out his technician. Come to find out he sent the wrong address to the technician which led to a missed appointment. I called the owner Brandon to discuss my dissatisfaction and he was rude, kept interrupting me, and he was not at all about customer satisfaction. I will never do business with this company again. The only good thing is their technician Derrick was very nice, friendly and helpful. It wasn't his fault he was given the wrong address and missed our appointment."
