"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The improvements also made it easier to maintain the water balance and keep clean. Please consider these folks- they are prompt, detail oriented and very efficient. "This company provides excellent customer service! We bought a home in 2016 that included a pool house awning installed by Sondrini Enterprises in 2013. It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"

"We were looking for new storm doors on our home which we have lived for 32 years. My husband wanted piano hinged doors. Provia was a door Coastal Door & window carries. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The installation crew did not even have the basic tools like a level or scraper to take off the old calking. They cut the doors with the wrong tool at bottom & installed crooked. The door hand gallons of water pouring in from the top soaking our inside doors and frames. Causing the sills and door to swell up and not close property. They insisted that they could fix the doors and came out once with their "best guy". The same yahoo with no tools. My husband is a finished carpenter by trade so he got his level and tools. out. They doors still had water pouring in and now the latches would not line up. We were told they would git it right. That was 12/2023 but they will no longer acknowledge or return our calls. Fortunately, I was able to file a complaint for the extremely bad service and stop my credit card from paying them. I did allow they to keep the deposit but we did not pay a penny more. Of note, we called Provia the manufacturer, and they told us they are horrified at our story and looked up to see that no one at Coastal Door & Window received any training from them on the proper way to install their product. They re reevaluating if they will allow them to sell their product in the future. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!"
