"I needed my chimney rebuilt, and they did a beautiful job. Everything was clearly explained beforehand, with an eye on keeping costs under control while not compromising the necessary quality of the job. I was made aware of possible unforeseen complications that could arise once the work started, but none of these happened and there were no additions or overages to the price quoted. Once the work began they finished promptly on schedule and cleaned up as soon as possible. The owner, Loiue Ranieri, is terrific guy, friendly and easy to work with. In fact, he kindly did a couple of minor non-chimney house repairs for me at no cost. We’d been referred to Ranieri by a carpenter who’d recommended them, and we’re very glad he did. I give them my highest rating."

"I called for an inspection and consult and the owner just happened to be working on a job in the area.  He came over within an hour or two after my call.  He went over the whole chimney system and advised me on a number of issues and options.  I had done a lot of research on the issues I thought I had, and he confirmed most of my fears, yet provided me with a great deal of information and options.  I feel like the quote was fair, although I cant afford the work YET... "Precision Home Care completed a deck remodel for us this spring. They gave our old deck, which is quite large at around 700 square feet, a face lift by resurfacing with Trex. The guys were very professional throughout, always ensured the job site was clean, and were punctual.
