"All went well"

"During a heat wave in August with temps in the 90s, our air conditioner went out. We had a technician come out on Monday morning who recommended replacement of our unit. I purchased the Enhanced Service Plan for $250 which would provide two annual maintenance services. I was told that the office would call us back with an estimate. Near the end of the day, we called and asked for an estimate and were told we would receive one in the morning. We waited until after noon on Tuesday to make a decision on which company to go with after receiving 2 other estimates. Given the heat wave and having not received an estimate from Mark IV at that time, we decided to go with a company. I emailed asking if I could receive a refund on the Enhanced Service Plan due to the untimely estimate and the company we ended up going with requiring us to use their service for the first year for warranty purposes. I never received a reply or a refund."

"The star is for the technician being very professional. We has a new AC unit installed 08/30/23 and the compressor already went out on 07/02/24, and we have to wait 2 weeks to get a replacement in 80-100 degree weather and no air condition with 2 dogs in the house. First it was 9 days now nor it is 14 days for the part .The unit could not be replaced or a compressor taken from another unit"

"He had to be asked to get his mask from his truck. Most service people ask if they should get their mask or automatically have it around their neck, he did not. I had all the parts ready for him in a bowl with the packaging and directions on the back of the package. He did not seem to look at that as he had to keep removing and figuring out how to install the valve correctly. He was respectful and a nice fellow."
