This company charged us $ 160.00 up front and then the tech who looked at the water heater said it?s another $ 120.00 plus part on top. I called them to inquire about their hourly rates, finding out they have none and charge by the job. Unfortunately we were stuck since they already charged up front. Never again we?ll be using this company and cannot recommend them after this experience. "
