"I received a phone call from the Boy's AirTech office the day before my scheduled service call confirming my appointment for the following day. The day of the appointment, I received a phone call from Chuck (service tech) to let me know that he was en route to my home and his estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, Chuck immediately started a thorough system condition and performance inspection, using a detailed checklist. During this process, Chuck asked several questions about the system's history and past maintenance. He also offered several suggestions about ways to improve the system's function and upgrade its performance and efficiency. At the conclusion of his inspection, he sat down with me and gave me a summary report of what he found and provided me with a copy of the checklist - as well as a quote for the items that he recommended earlier that could enhance the system's performance. "We had just moved into a new house and ran the dishwasher for the first time only to find water seeping out all over the hardwood floors!  We ran one more load just to be sure it was the dishwasher, which it was.  We called two companies for a quote.  I left a message with SOS, but they returned my call probably within 15 minutes.  The gal on the phone was extremely helpful.  She told me what it would cost for the service call and then explained the Angie's List discount, which I had already seen online.  Whereas the other company was scheduling a whole week out, she said they happened to have a serviceman, Cory, who was in a neighboring town and who was finishing his work route early that day, so he had one more opening.  He was at our house within 20 minutes.  He got on the floor and discovered right away that the drain hose was cracked and needed to be replaced.  We approved the repair and he had it up and running, including testing for leaks with the new hose installed, within an hour.  We ran another load tonight and there's no leaking.  Thank you, Cory!"
