"I researched and found Devon and his company were very well reviewed and he was great on the phone. We have a 1904 home with vermiculite and old batting for insulation in the attic. Devon came out to the house and was planning to do the removal of the old insulation but the vermiculite was determined to have asbestos, so we had everything in the attic remediated. Devon told me about the ZAI Trust and I was able to submit a claim for the abatement and reinsulation. Devon also discovered that a small roof off the kitchen/dining area was uninsulated as well as the dormer roof and the ensuite below it. We had to reschedule suddenly due to Mum being admitted to the ER, and Devon had no issue with this at all, and was very supportive. Devon and his team did an amazing job! What great people! "We had been living in our house for 5 years and although the kitchen was a new addition, every winter my wife & I had noticed how noticeably the temperature differentiated especially after the winter of 2014/15.  And because it was a dirt floor with some wood and old construction debris strewn about.  I was not so keen on staying down there.  In doing my own investigation there was some piping and insulation under floor.
So when investigating estimates we called a number of "green" companies.  Out of the three companies that came, only Frank Petrullo with Eco Green Solutions, noticed the mold and a water leak coming from fridge line.  He took the time to show me where the water was coming, how mold had proliferated on the wood floor joists and beams.  The dirt floor was somewhat moist and light was visible from outside along foundation rim contributing to the mold and moisture in crawl space.  He explained each of our options and detailed the steps in sections of each estimate.
We opted to have a plumber fix the water leak, then franks crew came in, cleaned up the mold, then layed down the crawl space membrane, finally insulating floor & rim joist.  All in under two days.  The crew showed up on time, left the open sections of the house clean, and we immediately noticed a difference in kitchen and rest of house.  Walking around bare foot in kitchen is more comfortable, the kitchen is less noisy, and house humidity is maintained.

"Rich was extremely professional and his crew was polite and respectful of my property. They were as neat and tidy as you can be with roof work. The roof looks terrific. I'm extremely happy with the work. I recommend Rich and company with confidence. In retrospect, I'm sorry Rich and I didn't discuss installing new insulation while the roof was open. Insulating while they were roofing would have saved me the additional step of having to do it later. That's the only thing I would have done differently. Nonetheless, the roof looks great and the job was completed quickly and professionally. One other note: Before hiring Rich, I called three roofers for estimates. One roofer sent a "salesperson" to close the deal. Their prices were in range with Rich's prices, but I was skeptical about meeting a "salesperson" rather than the contractor. Another roofer showed up, looked around, told me he was familiar with my house type so he didn't need to measure and said he would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from him despite the several messages I left at his office. Rich was the third roofer to come by. He measured, he explained the product, he gave me a timeline, and he calculated a price. I'm glad I followed my gut and hired him on the spot. It was a smart decision."

"It went well. Was $1,750 for taking out the insulation and putting the blown-in cellulose insulation in. They were quick and it only took them about 2 hours. The workers didn't know that the present insulation was to be taken out. It wasn't on the contract, but the salesperson should have communicated that to the workers. Once I explained that that is what the salesperson said would happen, they were OK with doing it. The company owner did not show up on the day of the project. Other than those 2 things, I think they did a good job."
