"B&P Chimney folks are awesome. I called them up on Monday evening to get an estimate for Chimney cleaning/repair and they came by on Wednesday to take a look at the current condition. They even took pics of my chimney from the roof to show me what he was explaining. Glad to know that there are still honest people out there. "Spoke to Luis Velozo to provide estimate on job. Job was to remove old ceramic tile from kitchen floor and install new porcelain tile. His estimate was very reasonable so I decided to let him do the job. Luis was punctual, cordial, and covered the entire kitchen with plastic, before removing the floor and commencing the job. Day 1, he moved the frig and stove out of the kitchen, without any problems or damage, began removing old tiles. All debris was removed at the end of the job, and cleaned up work area. Day 2, he installed new tile, did very nice cuts on all corners, once again, cleaned up after work. Day 3, he grouted floor, and re-installed stove and frig. Overall, Luis is perhaps one of the best contractors I have worked with. I will use him again, and refer him to others, requiring similar jobs.

Once the inspection was done they told me what was needed to be done and everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. My chimney needed some repair, a cap and a sweep. "we had a large stone driveway that we wanted to pave as well as border with Belgium block. During our review with ADR (Reis) we discussed removing a stump, installing a trench drain and removing some ledge to complete the paving as we wanted, ADR quoted all of that additional work with the proposal and we decided to go forward with them. They performed the work as quoted, they come with the right equipment, and they performed quality work. There are a few items that we are working through but for the most part we are happy and they are responsive on addressing them. I would use ADR again."
