The cement around the fire bricks had deteriorated and bricks had actually fallen into the firebox. Mr. Ellis was very knowledgeable, worked diligently and his price was incredibly fair. It's a liability concern for them which I do understand. <br>I am giving this service provider high marks because this woman, unlike other companies, suggested other places to try and gave me a phone number for one. She also took my name and phone number in case she was able to locate a repair service that would install my part. This is excellent customer service: pleasant, professional, helpful, and going that extra mile to try to help a customer. Customer service is a rarity these days. If the person who answers the phone is so professional, courteous, and helpful, I'm confident that the repair people are as well.
