"8/21/2023 We requested service for drain clogging and self-diagnosed additional leaking from washer due to the clogged drain from the main kitchen sink. This was verified by plumber Anthony P. when he arrived. He was professional and completed the unclogging of my kitchen sink to the main line. Only negative was the total cost, as it was more than 2x our local company Allen Drain. But I wanted a plumber and not just an unclogging service, just in case. With my discount coupon from Angi's for service call, total was $290 for unclogging my kitchen sink drain line. I would call them again if the price was more competitive. Sarah K"

"I was a loyal customer for 20+ years. When I sold my home, they were awful. The people in the front office are horrible, no respect for residential customers. Seniors beware!!!! Picture this, after 27 years in my home, the movers had just left, we were sharing a tearful goodbye with my daughter in the driveway, when my phone rings, the realtor telling me there was a last minute snag because the nasty ******* at Davis read the riot act to my buyer, telling him he needed to extend the rental plan or they would rip out their equipment. Never mentioned that he could buy it - get this, the young nasty ***** in the office told me $350, then the office manager told me $300, then they told the new buyer $379. This to buy out 20+ year old equipment that was fully depreciated 10 years ago. Liars! Rob Davis would be very sad to know how they treat customers now. Probably sorry he left his name on the company."

"Negative a million stars. Worst contractor experience we have ever had. They only fixed the leaks they caused after we tried to initiate a refund. Our old mini split system upstairs needed to be replaced and we were referred to Blind and Sons. They came out and quoted us a good price and installed the new system the following week. The three weeks that followed were a nightmare. We noticed one of the units dripping down the wall; a tech came back and tightened a connector in the wall. We then noticed a dripping noise in the wall from the same unit; a tech came back again and made a plan to replace the new pump they just installed. Meanwhile our baseboards were now warped and untold water damage in our walls. Then we noticed a puddle by the other unit, a dripping noise in another wall and more water damage; another tech visit where they scheduled a follow up installer visit. The installer never showed up. They rescheduled for the next day (Friday), then cancelled and offered to call u"
