"Jim and his crew were fantastic. The exterior work was done quickly and once they pulled their scaffolds and cleaned up you would never have known they were there. Chimney looks great and is much safer than before. They also replaced some mismatched bricks a prior owner had shoved into the fireplace. What we thought would be a simple job was made more complicated by the poor job done by the prior owner, but J&J was able to get the repair done quickly, and looking at it today you would never know there had been an issue. We are incredibly happy with the work they performed and would highly recommend them for any future work."

"Tony did a great job!  He arrived as scheduled and with cleaning was able to get my fireplace working without additional cost for parts.  He also repaired a log that was broken and affecting the appearance of the flame.  I especially appreciated the tips he gave me for keeping critical parts clean to preclude the problem I had from recurring.  He also gave me a tip about a vent-free gas fireplace I have but that was not within the scope of this visit. <br />"

"The fix was excellent. I wasn't extremely happy with the color of the mortar. I knew it wouldn't match exactly but the man doing it said once it dried I would hardly notice it. It is very noticeable. However, it's on the side of the house and probably no one will notice. Fixing the crack was the most important thing."

"It went pretty well.  The salesman was very nice.  The workers were good. The one thing that I had a problem with is the matching of the mortar for the brick.  They were great at matching the mortar which was a pinkish color for the brick but for some reason they used the pink mortar in the stone work around the front door.  My beautiful grey stone work around my front door is now pink, instead of grey.  I feel like this was careless on their part. <br /> <br /> Dan Galati, the owner called me about the pinkish mortar. He promptly sent his crew back out to my house and replaced the pink mortar with grey mortar.  I am very impressed that Mr. Galati followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with their work.  I definitely would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.  <br />"
