"They were very nice and professional. They were very clean and left no mess in or out of the house. We have an attic fan and they created an insulation box that allows us to use the fan without letting all the heat or cold come through the slats when the fan is not in use. We could tell the difference immediately."

"I received the bid and a time was established for the installation. The installers, Gabe and assistant, were prompt, quiet, unobtrusive, and quick. I am surprised at the speed of installing the insulation. They were able to blow insulation into the very small space in the slanted ceiling of the story and a half home. No mess was left. I am very happy to have this professional service and look forward to utility savings. <br />"

"Adam's team was prompt, professional, courteous and did a great job installing the system and we couldn't be more pleased with the performance of the system. They did all the work, from getting the permit, installing the system, doing the electrical work, arranging for the inspection, and even getting us a rebate from Ameren. The price, while not cheap, was fair and we believe we got great value. We recommend them with great enthusiasm for their honesty, reliability, punctuality, quality of work, quality of product, cleanliness and courtesy."

"This building is close to 120yo and had no prior insulation in the walls at all. My task as GC was to rehab the exteriors general appearance and original charm, as well as provide a solid foundation for future HVAC upgrades. The install process basically requires the drilling of small holes into the walls of the building. This can be done either from the interior or exterior and a liquid foam is pumped into the wall cavities. Think "liquid styrofoam", once installed the low rise expansion foam literally envelopes the wall cavity and leaves no voids behind. The result is absolutely ideal for older homes and buildings of this period and virtually completely non-invasive to the buildings aesthetics, as the tiny install holes are filled. In other words you would never know the process was done if I didn't tell you and you would be amazed at how the building feels even without the HVAC upgrades installed yet. <br /> The guys were neat, clean and swift. This solution was perfect for my needs and if you have an older home w/ plaster walls and no insulation it is an absolute no brainer for your energy needs moving forward. <br />"

"They did fine but I have not noticed a difference in my heating bills; I expected to but I haven't. It has made the temperatures upstairs more tolerable. It evens the temperature of the house a little bit but I guess it was not all that I expected it to be. But that is not really their fault; they put in the insulation and did fine. They stuck to the estimate but I wish they would have explained that I would not be able to walk in the attic anymore after they blew in the insulation. I don't have the attic access that I used to have. I will use them again in the future."

"Bone Dry Roofing just finished our new roof and it has been one of the best decisions I made. Not just getting the new roof but having Bone Dry Roofing install it for us. My first experience with them was when their manager Curtis came to our house and inspected the roof for hours, not knowing if we will give them the contract or not. This just shows they really care about the customer needs and painstakingly try to identify any issues. Their crew was also very polite and cordial and worked non-stop. At every step of the roofing process, they shared pictures to show the updates. At the end of the job, the local head Ron, himself, came to inspect the roof. And this again shows that the whole company seems to be behind their work. They were also kind to provide the best warranty for the work. I am actually having them now do our gutters covers. If you are looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, and customer-minded company then Bone Dry Roofing is my recommendation."

"To start, the estimator arrived on-time, walked the basement with me explaining the process and provided the bid through email within 2 business days. Their bid was great compared to others I received. I made the installation appointment and actually had to call and re-schedule, which they handled very easily. The team arrived on-time (7AM), started their prep work, completed the installation, and did a good job of cleaning up. They were very professional and willing to answer all my questions. Overall a great experience. <br />"

"I was extremely impressed with the process of purchasing windows but ultimately let down after the install. The gentleman that arrived to install the windows were extremely professional and time efficient but when they gave me the go ahead to hang my window treatments back up I realized that my 2 inch vertical wood blinds no longer fit. I had twelve windows total replaced and NONE of the blinds could go back up after the window installation. When I spoke to representatives about the issue I felt as if they were on the other end of the call just shrugging their shoulders as if it was my mistake that no one had informed me that blinds MAY or MAY NOT fit once the install was completed. Our salesman, Nick Marler, was very kind and we thought informative but left that tidbit of information out. My husband and I had to scramble to cover the windows with anything we could find in rooms where I originally had only sheer curtains or valances hanging as we live on a corner lot. We used shower curtains and even sheets in some rooms. I can honestly say as happy as I was about having the new windows installed, I was equally upset about having to store 12 sets of wood blinds and having to spend even more money to replace them with 1 inch blinds and blackout curtains. I just wish someone would have told me upfront so I could have been better prepared or at least offered something other than a "Oh man, your salesman really should have talked to you about that," type of statement.
