"We had 2 plumbers out to the home before Eric of Midwest. 1st plumber wanted to put in a new pressure tank, pressure switch, and expanded water lines. 2nd plumber wanted to replace our entire water softener system and thought our water well was running dry. Eric of Midwest came out and found a $15.00 clogged spindown sediment filter in less than 30 minutes. Awesome service and would not hesitate to call him again in the future."

"MR. PRICE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER HIS VISIT TO FOLLOW UP. WE DECIDED NOT TO PUT IN A WATER FILTER OR SOFTENER AT THIS TIME. I'M NOT SURE THAT MR. PRICE TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD ONE OF MY REQUESTS, THOUGH. HE TOLD ME THAT A FILTER ON MY SHOWER WOULD REMOVE MINERALS FROM THE WATER, BUT THE LITERATURE HE GAVE ME MENTIONED ONLY REMOVAL OF CHLORINE. HIS MEASUREMENT OF THE IRON IN MY WATER WAS DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF THE OTHER COMPANY WE CONTACTED. I HAVE NO WAY TO TELL IF IT WAS ACCURATE OR NOT AS ONLY TWO COMPANIES CAME OUT HERE. HE DID OFFER US A FREE ICE MAKER FILTER IF WE PURCHASED A FILTER SYSTEM FROM HIM THIS TIME AROUND. I FEEL THAT THE OTHER COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE KNEW MORE ABOUT THE WATER QUALITY AND WAYS TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS."

"Very well. Deven came over to look over our current system, talk with me about what we wanted, get a sample of water for testing, etc. once he had those results he made recommendations for a water softening system for our house. He promptly sent an estimate for the softener system, heat pump/hybrid water heater, and a more robust sump pump that we had before. I thought it would take a couple of weeks to get them out to install everything but they came out the next week. The install crew was great. Very knowledgeable, worked hard and got it all installed in one day. The iron filter leaked during testing so they had to get another one that they installed the following Monday morning. I appreciate that they were straightforward about the need to swap out an iron filter that was just not working the way it was suppose to. All in all it was a pleasure from start to finish and I would hire them again."

"Due to my refrigerator being in storage over the winter some of the hoses and valves froze.   Joe came out 3/30 to review the what was wrong and identified the issue.  He ordered the part and told me what the cost was.  He also told me that I would not be charged for the service call since I was going to allow them to repair the appliance.   on 4/14/2015 Joe and Mike came when scheduled and repaired the 1st part, however, when I turned on the water they found another leak.  Joe immediately called his suppliers to see if they had the replacement valve and was able to get it next day.  Joe actually was able to determine that the valve that the supplier had was not the correct one and found the correct one.  on 4/16/2015 Mike came back to fix the valve.  Joe couldnt because he was out ill and called to appologize for that.   Mike did a nice job of fixing it and waited to ensure everything worked as intended. <br />"

"I've used them for years. They did a really good job. They fixed damages to the A/C unit including removing the old damaged base, installing a new one, lifting and leveling the unit. They said I was a little low of coolant. They check to insure it was in proper running order and to call them if there were any problems."

"Real Grade is A+++++.    I contact Larry via the internet, and he immediately responded with a price which I feel was very fair.  We set up an appointment and he was very punctual.  One of the drain trims and the Kohler Handheld Master Shower Slidebar was installed immediately., however, two of the sink drains did not have complete parts so Larry helps identify the parts needed to be ordered from Ferguson.  Upon their arrival about two weeks later I notified Larry they were in and he immediately set a follow-up date for the installation.   I feel we have found a real gem, and Larry will be doing all our plumbing in the future.  "
