"Jacob came out when my AC wasn’t cooling properly and was able to figure out the problem pretty quickly. He explained what was going on and got everything back up and running without any issues. He was super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Really happy with my experience with Climate Heroes and would definitely recommend Jacob!"

"Although we did not elect to proceed with the job Andrew was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. If we decide to proceed, we will call JN Electrical absolutely."

"Best, most reasonable HVAC company in the area! Very professional and personable. No surprises and quick response."

"After a pipe burst a couple weeks ago we decided it was high time to replace the defective polyurethane pipe. Justin and crew came highly recommended. They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! They pointed out (this is a rental property now for us and we are not there often) the washing machine hose was old and frail - they took care of that too....love this kind of eye for detail!"

"The install went very smooth. The owner came and explained everything to me."

"MR Storm explained the problem and mention the age of system being 24 years old. He provided 3 options for repair. He did not pressure me into my decision but explained the benefit of each option. I gave him the option best for me and he returned in a timely manner and replaced the system. He was very professional and clean cut and explained the function of the new unit and made sure I was up to date on all safety devices that the unit need for water protection. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends"

"Economy Heating & Air came and got right down to business. The team was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. They installed a brand new AC system into my cute stubborn old house :). After the install the AC had a little hiccup. I called and they were at my house after a few hours, that same day, which is very rare. We got the problem fixed and I was told on multiple occasions “don’t hesitate to call” if there was ever a problem. I highly recommend this company. I would give ten stars if I could."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Everything was great.  The gentleman arrived on time, did the work as specified, and was very thorough.  He even showed me the amount of dust he had collected from the vents which I liked."

"Good: Right on time, professional, and quickly changed out the springs. Concerning: Initial quote on the phone was anywhere between $59 and $189 to repair a broken spring plus service call fee. When technician arrived, it was recommended both springs be replaced, which makes sense but this was not mentioned on the initial estimate. Since the part number and length/gauge of spring details were left by the technician, I browsed for the same springs on line and found the pair at a third of the cost (>$100) but Ameriserv did not directly explain why the spring cost was so high compared to what I found online. I received one email reply after about a week later and it only asked if we had spoken via phone. After I replied to that response, I received no further communication. They also offered a warranty for the springs/door for $89 a year, but after five years, that equals the amount of replacing both springs. Typical life for a spring is about ten years, I did not see the benefit in a warranty at that price."
