I felt his price was a bit high as I already had some flagstone on hand, but he stated he had to buy a set amount regardless. There was a good amount of stone leftover after project completion, which I kept. There were many delays due to inclement weather, and he did call on the days he had to cancel. On the day the work was to start, he arrived on time with one helper. It took 2 days to complete the project. They left some chips of dried mortar in the yard and garden. They pathway looks very nice, very artistically done. But after only 2 months it is starting to crack. (He did not level the ground before putting in the pathway and there is one area that has a slight slope.) I called to ask him about this cracking issue, but he never returned my call."
