"At that time, we were taking in quite a bit of water in the house around the chimney. We had already had three different companies out to repair the leak, but we still had water. We had already spent over $1000 with the other guys. These guys came out and did a seamless repair on the brick and we didn't get any water for about 7 months. When we saw water again, we called them out a second time. They did a repair on a different part of the chimney, so the work they did the first time around was still intact. Even though they were not at fault, they didn't charge me for the new repair! While they were here, I had them assess the whole house, as we have had many issue with the appearance of the bricks since after having our foundation repaired. I have hired them twice for brick and mortar repair and sealing of upper level windows. They do beautiful work, very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable, prompt, they call ahead and usually call afterword to make sure customer is pleased with the work performed. They are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I have that from first hand experience! I don't mind spending the money if I know its going to be a one time repair. I highly recommend this company and I give them an A+ rating. Since I have hired them on multiple occassions, and I intend to hire them again to complete the work I still need done, it is difficult to give an approximate cost of service. But they do stand by their work!"

Joe Nech (the owner) came out the following afternoon. He gave the house a thorough inspection (he saw several areas that I had not seen) and prepared an estimate for the work before he left. Due to a cancellation in their schedule they were able to start the work on Friday. <br /> The two-man crew (Lino and Francisco) arrived on time (actually, they were a few minutes early). Even though our house is over 30 years old, they matched the new mortar perfectly. The guys were so conscientious that they even repaired the broken mortar around the fireplace clean-out door, a welcome but unexpected attention to detail. Joe Nech visited the work site before they finished and supervised the final finishing touches, the complete washing of the house exterior and the cleanup.
