"Great experience with these guys. They were extremely professional, upfront about everything suck *** installation, pricing and scheduling. Such a smooth process. And they still answer any questions I have after the install. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water softening or water purification."

"Our experience began a few months ago just prior to San Antonio’s shut down due to Coronavirus. Ben came to our home and not only showed us the system but did a water test for us and after installation of main Softener system Eric came to install our new home Pure Water System but part was not correct match for our kitchen part had to be ordered to match our Brushed Nickel finish on our kitchen faucet. Once the lock down was lifted. Then Alfred installed the brushed nickel unit and we are drinking really good tasting water, pure and clear. The owner Emily is a joy to deal with and she called me directly and apologized for the wait and to make sure we were satisfied and everything was fine. Jason’s Water Softener here in San Antonio is an outstanding company with outstanding employees who are courteous, professional, friendly, and very helpful, and top notch management and ownership. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Water Softener, don’t hesitate to give Jason’s a look. Quality matters. ❤️??"

"We are so happy Tony’s Plumbing was recommended to us by a current customer of theirs. Everything was done professionally and promptly. Gino explained very well what they would be doing. We chose to purchase a water heater from them and are glad we did. They replaced our electric water heater in our attic with a gas one. Also, all supply lines and other items related to this install were included. Gino and Henry make such a great team as they work together. We appreciate them – a job well done!"

"The service tech arrived on time and was able to repair the upstairs toilet as well as the pipe that was leaking in order for us to be prepared for the installation of a washing machine that was taking place the next day. I felt the price was a little high, but they did come out the same day we called and took care of the problem the same day so I was pleased with the level of service I received."

"I had a leaking water heater and company coming. I called Katy Plumbing Co. who I have used in the past. They sent Jacob who was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and was able to replace my water heater the next morning. He and his assistant, Esteban, were quick, polite and very neat. I am a most appreciative customer and would definitely use Katy Plumbing Co and Jacob again."

"We were in need of a plumber as we had a leak in an exterior pipe. Found Sam the Plumber on Angie's List and with the good rating, gave them a call. It was actually a very pleasant experience. We called that morning and began receiving service within a few hours. We had a wonderful man named Angelo who arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He made the repair and even came back that night when he was off the clock to check to make sure the leak had stopped and to turn our water back on. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very pleased with the $300 price too. Will definitely recommend to family, friends, and neighbors."

"My house is about 25 years old and the water is hard. Evidence of hard water was everywhere - the white film on the glass from using the dishwasher, the white t-shirts not looking very white, the mineral deposits around the faucets, the toilets staining every few days, etc. I knew how water softening would help but I was also looking into possibly getting a whole house water filter as well since we wanted to save money on buying water and I know that my water has chlorine. I knew every water softener equipment works the same but I did not know much about the water filtering piece. After a visit from the salesperson, I could tell that he really believed in the Hague Watermax system. We were able to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and the installation of the equipment was effortless. Andrew the installer did an excellent job with the install and after about a month of use, I can really say I feel and taste the difference in the quality of my water. What I love about the Hague Watermax system is that the softening and filtering is done in one tank unit and the other tank is just for the salt pellets so the equipment is relatively low profile and looks very sleek compared to those "helium" style tanks that other softeners use. Plus, I noticed that it's able to achieve the soft water without using much salt. One thing that did scare me at first was when I searched the internet for Hague equipment, there were some negative complaints about Hague but from reading and looking into it, no one ever complained about the equipment but complained about the dealers selling them or servicing them. Based on my personal experience with the system, the Hague equipment is top quality. The dealers that sell and install Hague equipment can be good or bad but Residential Water Services is definitely a good dealer to work with. <br />"

"I went online to Angieslist.com and found Doug Turner Plumbing in Stafford. I called around 9:00AM and was told someone could be at our home between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. Denny came to our home around 12:40PM and got right to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He knew exactly what the problem was and how best to resolve it. Although the washer cold water faucet was the only one leaking, the washer hot water faucet and refrigerator faucet were also 27 years old, so he suggested while the water to the house was turned off and he was already at our home, he could replace all three. That sounded like a sensible idea to me. Everything was completed in about 1 hour. I would certainly use their service again and recommend them to a friend. I did get an angieslist discount, but wish they offered a Senior Discount or Military Discount like some other plumbers do."
