Jim expects nothing but excellence from his sub contractors, and was on top of any issues immediately as they arose. Being that we have a 1947 home, many unexpected things can come up and be uncovered, it was a huge relief to find that we could leave it in his hands and not have to be concerned.... every time the situation was always resolved better than we expected! "I hired Twin City Home Services to tear down a wall, correct plumbing/electrical in my kitchen, and upgrade a custom workspace desk. All the work was expertly done on a timely basis. I really can't say enough good things about TCHS. Easily a 10/10. My house is older and has some unique features and they adapted and corrected. TCHS was reasonably priced and HONEST. I had some scope changes where they could have taken advantage but did not. I recommend TCHS for most projects. I'll never call anyone else."
