"Coleton was great! We hadn’t used the fireplace since purchasing the house 18 mos. ago and he tested and cleaned everything, taught us how to use the fireplace, and was professional the entire time. He also answered a few questions for another home project. Great technician and service!"

"Seth was on time, professional and took the time to explain in detail what was up with the chimneys and the fireplace. Also took great care to explain why the recommended method of repair was needed. Most importantly he knew the urgency of report for inspections and had full report and estimate to me within one hour after leaving house. THANK Y(OU"

"Bone Dry did an excellent job handling our chimney and roof repairs. They were up front with all aspects of what would be done, and delivered on exactly what they promised. Of 3 estimates obtained for the work, Bone Dry was the only one that both identified the trouble spots and provided solutions to both correct as well as take steps to prevent the issues from reoccurring. I would highly recommend them for both roofing and masonry work."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"My house 80 year old house is 1/2 brick and 1/2 stucco. When I noticed some water damage on one of my interior walls, I took a good look at the exterior of the house and realized that I had a lot of mortar that had eroded over the years and a section of stucco under a second floor window which had cracked and pulled away from the house. <br /> Grover came out to inspect the house and determine which sections of brick would need to be repaired. I really appreciate that he didn't just address the area of the house that was leaking. He went a step further and found every spot around the exterior where the mortar was breaking down. I'm sure that some people would have either ignored this step, or told me that they would have to tuck point the entire house which would have cost me a lot of money. Instead, I got every trouble spot on my house repaired and no unnecessary work done. <br /> The stucco that he repaired looks amazing. He matched the original texture exactly. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. I don't feel like I could have gotten a better deal for the work done. <br />"

"I rated the company an A for service, punctuality, and professionalism. I thought it was a bit pricey to clean a gas fireplace and diagnose it. They were unable to service or “fix” the problem, which was disappointing and really the reason I hired them. I take partial blame, though. I would recommend the company, just not to fix a gas fireplace."

"Very well done. Broken bricks at top of 50+ year old chimney removed and replaced with concrete cap. Good bricks that were removed were used to replace broken ones elsewhere. Tuckpointing from roof up. Chimney power washed. Looked very good when finished."

"I called Abbey Road to get an estimate on having a fireplace insert installed in a home I had recently purchased. The girl that answered the phone was very friendly and easy to talk with. They were busy and I had to wait 2-3 weeks before someone could come out and give an estimate (of course they were working around my work schedule which made it more difficult as I cannot easily take time off). Ken came out on a Saturday and was on time and very friendly and easy to talk with. He inspected my fireplace and explained everything about how it was built and what he recommended should be repaired. I did NOT feel like he was pushing to do work that I was not interested in. Everything he said made sense and I feel more comfortable knowing more about my fireplace (i.e. he pointed out that there was brick behind the drywall that surrounded the fireplace opening which I was excited about and I plan on removing that drywall to expose the brick). He also pointed out the the liner that had been installed before I bought the house had been installed incorrectly. He recommended that regardless of what I decided to do with the fireplace, the liner should be replaced for safety reasons. <br /> Ken quoted me a price on a fireplace insert and after researching I found his price was on par with the average for a good quality insert. He was able to schedule the install for the next Saturday (again working around my work schedule) The install only took a couple of hours. When Ken finished, he cleaned up his work area and showed me how to use my new insert. I was very pleased with the whole experience. <br />"
