"This company went above and beyond. From the estimate to the install of both a new furnace and air conditioning unit quickly after the estimate. We had been without heat for 4 days in December in Michigan. Glad to sleep in a home with heat again."

"They came in, assesed the issue, and were able to fix it in a matter of minutes. They did a once over our entire furnace and even played with my dog!!"

"Exceptional knowledge and service!!! Very professional and respected our home and family needs/pet! I HIGHLY recommend Scott Latessa!"

"There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. It took several visits to restore my system but AC Engineers did the job right. I live in a 100 year old house and repairs to my boiler and AC and other systems are a fact of life. AC engineers is a pleasure to work with and I have no reservations to recommend them to a friend."

"Needed old bathrooms repainted and freshened up along with an exhaust fan installation. Ron, Dan and team were upfront with cost and able to do the job quickly and efficiently, bringing their expertise to bear to leave us with a highly professional finished product."

"I have rarely experienced service like I have received from Joe. He emphasizes customer service and fair dealing, and the quality of his work is second-to-none. We were pleased with the installation, attention to detail and equipment quality, and his follow-up support has been excellent -- so good that I referred my mother to him when her furnace needed replacement. She started having issues just months after my dad passed away, and Joe treated her with all of the respect and kindness that I would have shown her myself. I highly recommend Joe and anyone he selects to work on his team. He has my utmost confidence and respect."

"The experience from start to finish was very smooth. Jonathan did the original analysis, which was very thorough and detailed. I knew I had significant heating loss going on, and his audit confirmed just how bad it was. The installation crew took extra care to protect my house. They were also very professional and got the job finished in one day, even though it was scheduled for two. After the job was done they cleaned everything up nicely, and also showed me pictures of all the completed work. Great job!"

"After buying the offer on Angie's List, within a day, the owner emailed me asking when I wanted to have them come install the new sump pump. He was very accommodating with my schedule, and got it scheduled within a few days. The day of the appointment, the plumber showed up early and I actually was not home yet, and he waited patiently. When I arrived he was very courteous, he took off his shoes when coming in the house. He did the replacement of the sump pump, and tested it to show me it was working. Then he cleaned up the basement floor of water and mud that had fallen on the floor - left it as it was when he got there, and took the old sump pump out by the curb - it happened to be garbage day. Overall excellent experience."

"Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.
