"Used Carmel Countertops to install new granite in our kitchen. Started in June and finally got the install scheduled for end of Oct. Installation went well and we are happy with the countertops. A couple days later I noticed a few stains. I emailed Kathy in the beginning of Nov to have them come out and look. Per came out right before Thanksgiving to look at the multiple spots and said he would contact someone to come out and remove the stains. I left multiple messages in Dec and got vague responses when I actually talked with either Kathy or Jean. It's Jan. and I still don't know the plan on removing the stain spots on my new countertop. I'm posting a review in hopes in getting their attention."
