It was installed very quickly and efficiently. I have had very good success with it. I replaced an existing Kinetico system that I had. I like this system much better than the Kinetico. I would definitely recommend Cooper's to anyone looking for a water softener. I would buy from them again"

He gave us an idea of what the problem most likely was and told us he would come by but that it would be a couple days. It was about three days later when he came out with a replacement water softener. It was needed rather than repair (our old softener was about 17 years old) and it would have been a costly repair. "Everything went perfectly. It took only 2 days to schedule and about 2 hours to install. We replaced and old water softener that was on its last legs. The plumber, Joe, was well trained and did an excellent job. He walked me through the clock and other settings. He left the work area probably cleaner than it was before he arrived. We live in an older house and have used Howald for our plumbing and HVAC needs for many years and are very pleased with their service."

"The technician that came to our home was really nice and did a thorough job. He was there about 2 hours and did a few little things free of charge (tightening faucets that were loose, for example). We talked a lot about getting a water softener and about how different the water is in Indiana since we were both transplants to the area - he was very knowledgable and recommended we get a water softener but wasn't overly pushy about it. We'd ultimately like to get the water softener in the future, and will likely use this company to perform the installation. The only problem I had is that they charged an additional driving fee on top of the big deal that wasn't written in the fine print - about $60 I believe. I'd be less irritated by it had the woman who I scheduled with mentioned it beforehand."
