"Having my exterior walls insulated with NW Insulation really could have not gone better. First, I had the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding"

"Fantastic. Of all the home improvement companies who have worked on many different jobs at this house in six years, Madrona takes the cake for providing the best quality work and amazing customer service. Madrona was the only company who gave us a thorough plan to not only put insulation in the attic but also to improve ventilation and ensure all roof penetrations were properly sealed. They added 1300 ft of R-44 blown fiberglass insulation over existing rock wool insulation that was fine but inadequate, to bring it to R-49. They fashioned a new wood access panel to the attic with a huge covered batt of fiberglass insulation fastened on the upper side and it feels like opening a secure air lock on the rare occasions where we've looked up into the attic. After they sealed all air penetrations in the attic they were very happy to show us what they did before adding the insulation. They installed insulation shield around the chimney, six roof jacks for proper venting, and vented kitchen and bath fans to dampered roof jacks, insulated with R-11 fiberglass batts. Four years later, the attic looks fantastic - there is no sign of any moisture and the blown in insulation looks as fluffy and lofty as when it was newly installed. I mistakenly thought one of the bath vents had been filled with insulation foam, causing the fan to not work very well, and Madrona sent someone out the next day even though the job was completed four years ago. Curt investigated and then politely and patiently explained that the side vent had been replaced with a better roof vent. And indeed, the fan was blowing air through the roof vent they installed and it is the old fan that is the problem, not Madrona's work. It would be wonderful if all companies stood behind their work this way."

"The customer service was great. The consultation was very informative and I appreciated that a quote was presented before the consult ended. We decided to go with Clean Crawls because other companies referred didn’t hold the level of professionalism that this company did. On the day of install - the crew that arrived was polite and very work driven. They set everything up in order to prevent any materials from getting strewn about. They worked quickly and effectively and their cleanup of very impressive. Thank you so much for the work performed! Our house maintains it temperatures so much better now!"

"

I own a 1937 farmhouse in Whatcom County. I had concerns about the insulation in the crawl space and the attic. The owner of RGS came to my home and spent an hour inspecting the areas I was concerned about after which he sat down with me, explained what was needed and gave me a bid to do the work. The owner is as professional, knowledgeable and courteous as any business owner I have ever met. He quoted me a great price and gave me the highest quality of service I could have hoped for. I was so happy with RGS that I asked him to inspect the crawl spaces of two rental properties I own in Bellingham. I highly recommend that you ask RGS for to bid on any of your insulation needs. You will not be disappointed.

"It went great. Shay was able to help me get rid of these iron radiators and did a fantastic job of getting it done. He really wants to help you get the job done. Highly recommend very professional and accommodating. Very pleased!"

"They showed up on time. Very professional service. Excellent price for an excellent service. They upgraded the insulation in my crawlspace and attic. Very satisfied with this company."

"We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."

"Bid process - Elliot responded to my quote request within a day or two and was able to come out and put together a bid within another day or two. I appreciated that he didn’t try to ‘oversell’ me on upgrades and thought the job was simple/straightforward (other contractors had sent ‘sales associates’ who tried to sell upgraded shingles or other unnecessary components). Scheduling - It took about three weeks to schedule the project after I signed Oasis’ proposal (other contractors I talked to indicated they were 4-8 weeks out, so the 3 weeks seemed reasonable). During that time Elliot brought out a sample board for us to decide on a finish/color. I also asked about adding some scope and his response was ‘yes, don’t worry about it, we’ll get it done’. Reroof - Demolition occurred the first day, along with installation of plywood, edge flashing, and roofing felt. They thoroughly tarped everything off prior to demolition and cleaned up after they were done for the day. It ended up raining the next day and I checked our attic and didn’t notice any leaks through the felt, so it was already doing it’s job. They came out the third day and installed the asphalt shingles and finished the project. They thoroughly cleaned up, and apart from the nice brand new roof, you’d never know they were there. Post project- Elliot came out a couple days after the roof was completed to ensure the installation went well and review the finished product. We had no issues to report. Overall - We are really happy with the roof... it looks great and keeps water out (so far). From start to finish the process was less than a month, which was faster than I anticipated. I am an architect and work with contractors all the time, and I really appreciate Elliot’s honesty and can-do attitude. I would recommend Oasis for roofing and will keep them in mind for other future projects."

"Overall, 100% Satisfaction.  Phoenix did an excellent job from start to finish.  Nick provided a quote in advance and worked with me to modify the quote as requested.  Nick coordinating permitting with the municipality and installed the system as designed with no problems at all.  I would recommend Phoenix for any new HVAC system install or remodel. Also, I obtained 4 quotes from local HVAC companies including Phoenix and they were as much as $3,000 dollars less than the highest competitive apples to apples bid.

"We replaced our old unsafe deck. Jon had a great quote, and good availability. He worked continuously, and finished quickly. He figured out a good solution to a fairly complicated deck roof attachment to the house. When I complained about uneven stair rise, he didn't hesitate to completely rebuild the steps to our satisfaction. Only reason for B on professionalism is that he did not offer to pull building permits. I was able to do it myself, however."
