"Ducts were sealed quite dramatically from the graph they provided. I am not seeing much savings on heating as I expected."

"They have made a huge, huge, huge difference in the comfort of my 2 story 1980’s circa town home. Worth every single penny. I am now looking forward to see the electric savings too. Will report back."

"Thank you James Im, Antonio and crew for an amazing experience and a job well done! It is rare these days to find a home improvement company that you can trust from beginning to end. AHC staff and representatives ensured that every detail from estimates, to coordinating delivery of materials and quality control of installation was performed to the highest standards and exactly on time. James and Antonio/crew were attentive to our every question and concern, and in the end made the experience with AHC a memorable one worthy of the highest level recommendation. Bottom line: If you choose any other roof replacement contractor - you will be making a mistake!"

"They were prompt and courteous. The job took almost two full days. Of course it was expensive, like all closed cell insulation, but we got four estimates and this company offered to spray it in thicker than the other companies (in the ceiling for about the same price). The other companies told us that anything in excess of 2" is not worth the money in energy savings or basically is overkill - and they charged a whole lot more to add the extra depth. AC&R sprayed in five or more inches of insulation in the ceiling rather than the three inches that the other companies offered. Now it is finished and right away you can tell it is super tight! On a hot day the other day the place felt like an icebox! The insulation is not soft and mushy. It feelis a bit like one of those styrofoam coolers but a bit stronger and stiffer. One very minor thing is that they had left the staples in the studs where they had put up the plastic sheeting to protect areas not being sprayed, but I should be able to pull or pound them in before drywall goes on. They were careful not to produce a lot of overspray in areas not meant to be sprayed with plastic sheeting on the floor and elsewhere, plus they covered all the outlets before proceeding. Afterwards they did a good job of shaving down the excess flush to the studs and did a great job with clean up. If we were to do it again we'd use them. And we are fairly picky."

"They pointed out areas of air loss that needed to be covered or blocked and advised more attic insulation which service they will provide. Their price offer seems reasonable. I'm still crunching numbers.

"The installers were on time and finished in a timely manner. They covered the entire work area with tarp and completely cleaned up when they were done. They walked me through everything they had done and had the permit application with them. They even fixed a minor leak with the hot water duct they discovered while checking the equipment."

"Two people were at the house for over 3 hours for the evaluation and did a professional and thorough job. We received a comprehensive report and estimate for corrective action. We hired them to do the work and again they were professional and thorough. They blew attic insulation to R49, installed an exhaust fan, wrapped ventilation ducts and sealed air paths. Our home is much more energy efficient and comfortable now."

"I have an old house and new addition that was not insulated properly and a sun room that needed insulation. Dan was extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done and his team did outstanding and professional work I highly recommend them! I wish I would have hired him first!"

"I initially purchased a big deal for $79 roof maintenance, being that I have had shingles fly off of the roof about five or six times during the past five years. Small maintenance had been conducted to repair over time, yet I was unaware of how bad off my roof truly was. The biggest problem was the latest event, where recent strong winds had resulted in numerous shingles being blown off of my roof. I was advised that an emergency tarp should be placed on my roof until the problem could be further resolved. Within a day, the emergency tarp was placed and plans were made to install a new roof. A total of four professionals arrived at my home on install day and did a fantastic job. I am very impressed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having problems with their roof or if they need to install a new one.

"I oringinally called about a leaky roof. After Timothy inspected the area on the roof that was leaking he mentioned that we should also have an old TV antenna removed from our chimney because it was causing the mortar in the bricks of the chimney to disintegrate and may have contributed to the leak. He said he would remove it and he also suggested that the mortar should be replaced SOON before we would need to rebuild the entire chimney. He also mentioned an outside cellar wall that was "bowing". I was aware of the wall problem but didn't know that it could be repaired. So we had him do that also. About week after all of this was completed we noticed another leak on the ceiling in another area of the house so I called him again and we decided that we would just have the whole roof replaced. As he was doing the roof he also replaced a part of a gutter that hadn't been installed correctly. When they got to the area around the attic fan he told me that it was so rusty that they would not be able to sand it off and paint it as he thought they would so we had to replace it. This house was built in 1957 and has been maintained but these things just wear out."
