He did exactly what was discussed in repairing my front porch and building a new step and landing, building window well surrounds, and patching a brick pad. His assistants are family, so there are good work relationships. The work area was cleaned when they were done. Aside from the work, I was so impressed that Joe captured and released many toads that were living under the porch. Great guy!"

"Very well. Upon examining the chimney, Mr. Kreider recommended a rebuild, which he would not be able to do this year. He said he could replace the crumbling mortar and put cement around the chimney to make it safe. I considered it but asked if there was something temporary that could be done instead. He offered to wrap the chimney with wire mesh which would stabilize it, and do a rebuild in the spring. I was pleased with the solution and happy that his son Mike accomplished the task soon afterward."

"Everything went great. The tech showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He took a look a the fireplace and determined there were a few minor issues that would need to be addressed. He noticed a crack in the chimney for the furnace and mentioned that I'd need to get the fireplace sealed to make the fireplace up to code. The tech did a great job. When they were done there was no debris left. <br /> The new roof looks great and we are pleased with the work. We have had a lot of rain this week and so far there is no evidence of any leaks. <br />"
