"I see lots of customer service reviews that are positive this isnt one of them We bought our system spent over 5k for the system after two seasons i checked on the system because the water didnt feel right and the system was dead so i called said i was under warranty i would like someone to come out well Mr Hyatt you didnt renew your labor warranty so it will be 200 for the service call ok so i paid they arrived went back and fourth to the truck and the man told Me the board was bad and they replaced Forward 3 months same thing so i called said it was down again they want another $200 I said you just fixed it well its only 30 days warranty on labor but you just fixed it Manager gets in phone and tells me no Parts were put on last service call they just recycled the system and it was fine and to be plain and simple thats BS You spend 5k and 200 and they dont stand by their junk Mast culligan is nothing like their commercials unless you pay their enormous fees If they sold quality they would stand behind it Never Culligan never again"

We needed a simply exchange of a water heater piece of pipe from the exhaust valve changed from plastic to metal. The work including getting a $ 20.00 part from Home Depot was done in a good hour. This company charged us $ 160.00 up front and then the tech who looked at the water heater said it?s another $ 120.00 plus part on top. I called them to inquire about their hourly rates, finding out they have none and charge by the job. Unfortunately we were stuck since they already charged up front. Never again we?ll be using this company and cannot recommend them after this experience. "
