Jerry Gaca came to our home to look at our existing water filtration system and give us his thoughts on the best solution for us. He was very informative and listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. While he was there, he gave us other ideas (a better filter suggestion that we could install ourselves) as well as thoroughly explaining our entire filtration and soft water set up. <br /> <br />We had a reverse osmosis system installed in our lower level and a supply line to the kitchen sink and refrigerator ice maker. Curt, the installer, was on time and professional. <br /> <br />The initial install had a hiccup but when I took a video of the water flow to the faucet and sent it to Jerry (at 6:05 am no less), Jerry answered within 10 minutes and said he would send the technician back. Yesterday, we had the small issue fixed and we couldn't be happier with the result. <br /> <br />We would very definitely use Owens again based on this high touch, high customer satisfaction service and recommend them to others. <br />"

After that was completed they went under the house to set the proper pressure at the tank and limit switch. Before leaving they were careful to check that the system was working as it should and they cleaned up all evidence of any work having been done."

"The person who demonstrated the different units that they had to offer was very thorough. He gave us all of the options and compared all of his units. We ended up buying their best unit because it had a longer warranty, it used 20 to 40 gallons of water to cycle compared to 80 to 100 gallons of water per cycle. It takes only 1 hour to cycle compared to 6 hours with the other units. It will be easier on our pump and it used much less salt. We also never will run out of soft water because of the double tank. It also doesn't use electric. It also cycles only when it needs to because it isn't on a timer."

They are very good people. I was impressed with their down-home ability. He set up payments for what I could afford. They were clean and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I thought the price was reasonable. I checked around before I used them. I was very happy with their service."
