Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Germantown, MD

"I Appreciate the great work that Home Genius did today at my residence. I am very happy with my new roof and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof replacement. Also, big shout out to Blake who did an exceptional job presenting the product and came up with a great plan and his crew and Omar the PM executed wonderfully."

"Came up, took a look, told me I DIDN'T need a replacement, just some repairs, qouted me his price, we shook hands (Found out he was a fellow cigar smoker so I passed him a couple), he left, sent me the same estimate over email, I agreed, his men showed up and in less than an hour they had the repairs done. Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed. Sadly, in 2026, that work ethic and honesty are becoming rarer every year. Definitely would recommend! 👍👍👍👍👌👌"

"I could not be any happier with the overall results. From the attentiveness to the crew responsiveness and fair price. I did a full house roof replacement, shed was reroofed down to the studs and plan to have them replace my full house gutter system to an improved size. The roofing crew was fantastic too! All around good customer service and customer facing."

"Have been working with Roofing solutions for a couple of years on multiple projects. Every project has been finished quickly and smoothly."

"The knock on my door was Lucas who was the company representative. He was very friendly and explained what was involved in our project. By the time we were finished Vick an answered all my questions. My husband and I were so pleased we went ahead with the project and our happy we did."

"I had an excellent experience with Charm City Roofing. The company was recommended by a neighbor. The price was very reasonable (lowest of three companies and inclusive of materials others weren't) and the workers were very efficient. The work was done in one day and the cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend!"

"Company did me right. Somehow oil stains got on the driveway but the team came back twice to make sure it was cleaned up."

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."
