I thought this was high since their website said no additional cost for nights or weekends but he could come right away. After the guy got there he said he would need additional equipment (which was the use of a drain snake) at an additional cost of $89. I have a houseful of kids and he was already there so I agreed. The next day, the charge on my credit card was $307.97. After emailing and calling the company I still haven't received any response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
