"Richard M. found a problem, of how my original guy installed the tankless water heater first, then the kitchen cabinetry. Because of this, the Electrical connection was partly blocked by the cabinet. Since the unit being replaced was the same as the new, he detached the electric cord from old unit, leaving attached to electric connection, and attached it to the new unit. Brilliant! He could have cut the side of the cabinet, and I had given him permission to, but he did not want to harm my cabinet. That is going the extra mile. I hope I can make use of his caring talents in the future!!!!"
