"I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. The price for service was very reasonable and came with a written, itemized estimate."

"I had to have my chimney repaired. I had to have some brick work done on the chimney and I needed a cap. I called North American Chimney because I had them out to clean my chimney before and they did a nice job. I called and made an appt. The technicians came out to take a look and gave me a price for a cap and brickwork. I was pleased with the price and I told them to do the job. They did the work that day and I was so happy. "Justin and his crew were great to work with and very quick.  In a little over 6 days they excavated for and laid a 300 SF +/- paver patio, created a field stone stacked wall with steps and a grill pad. They were on site early everyday and transformed my backyard in under a week. I'd certainly use them again and would recommend them. "

"Jason surpassed all competitors and my wildest expectations with respect to price, quality, and speed in which he constructed the front steps with stone work integrated into the facade and granite treads. I had already been informed that once demolished, my new staircase would need to include an additional step in order to be up to code. I had two quotes, and got Kirby's number from a neighbor that had a very impressive staircase recently constructed. Jason's quote was more than $1,000 below the previous lowest estimate, which I liked immediately, but he also demolished my old staircase and constructed a beautiful new one with the additional step, and completed all pointing of my stonework surrounding the stairs in a SINGLE DAY. When it was clear it was going to rain that day, he said "No problem" and built a tent around the workspace in order to complete the job. As if all that weren't enough, I had asked he incorporate a number of stones that matched the foundation of my porch into the stairs and he did it beautifully. I am happy to write him a detailed review on Angie's List which is the only thing he asked for in return. He described the repair (installation of a stainless steel tube inside the chimney) and emailed a quote with accompanying photos of the view from the roof down and at the bottom. He said he had several installations lined up and wasn't sure when those would be cleaned up. Fortunately for me, he had a cancellation and was able to do the work. This was done in February with snow on the roof. I was pleased at the professionalism and speed of repair."

"AMAZING! Could not believe the difference before and after! John recommended a different solution rather than just replacing the bricks as they were - ending up with a combination of brick with granite steps which looks so much better than just brick. This will also hold up longer and easier to maintain going forward. Highly skilled craftsman - could not be any happier with the quality of the work. I was not home when the work was done, but my wife said that John and his workers were very professional - no issues whatsoever. There was an issue with the base area for the steps that you couldn't see until they removed the existing bricks. This obviously required more work than originally anticipated in the proposal, they did this without an additional charge and kept to the original bid. Highly recommend - great craftsmen - great service!"
