"I was looking for a new Plumbing Service Company to establish a home service / repair relationship. After much research and finding excellent reviews I called Wills Plumbing & Testing Service. My experience was excellent ; from the initial phone call to initiate a service call , to the constant communication from Wills Plumbing office staff on the service calls progress , concluding with outstanding plumbing troubleshooting and repair from technician Gage Scott. My homes' inside water pipes were HUMMING like a church organ which is a very loud and disturbing sound. I was worried the pipes were going to vibrate and break, Gage Scott, Will's Plumber Technician, listened intently and was focused on my concerns. Gage asked questions about the past weeks humming sounds history and about the installation dates on certain items in the incoming water supply loop. Gage determined the Pressure Relief Valve {out by my SAWS meter} and the Expansion Tank on my Hot Water Heater weren't acting in unison as they should. Gage replaced both items, PRV and Expansion Tank . He set up each item at 60 psi. verifying each with pressure gauges. After the repairs were completed and the water supply back on, Gage checked the inside of all the house water faucets and tub performance. Gage was very thorough and focused during the troubleshooting and repair stages of my service call. He listened and answered my questions with patience and knowledge. He made the extra effort to obtain and install my particular choice of Pressure Regular Valve. I highly recommend Wills Plumbing and Gage Scott !!!"

They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"

I have been in the construction business for for over 50 years and I am greatly troubled when so many tradesmen take advantage of unsuspecting homeowners. I will let you decide for yourself. I had a toilet leaking at the base and was out of town. Molbergs technician pulled up the toilet and quoted me $2,800 to replace the toilet flange. Shocked at this quote I asked him to leave the toilet off. When I got into town a couple days later I fixed the flange myself for $45 in parts in under a couple hours. For his 45 minutes in my home I was charged $422. Even though this was a saturday, I think most of us would consider that gratuitous. When I complained that that was equal to robbery the bill was adjusted to $365. As I said I will let you decide. However, as a general contractor, I assure you you can get top quality work done for much less."
